Let's stay active during the 21 Jump! This is a full body written workout program designed to cater to ALL fitness levels and can be done at home! This program includes bodyweight exercises, as well as some exercises requiring dumbbells.
Don't have dumbbells? That's okay! Here's a list of things my clients utilize in place of dumbbells:
Gallon water jugs, soup cans, books, bookbags filled with cans or books, resistance bands, etc.
This program includes a Welcome Video, Workout Calendar, and all Written Workouts and is delivered as PDF format.
